The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating engaging content, driving brand awareness, and generating leads through innovative campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive *social media strategy* across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Threads.
- Create and oversee high-quality content including posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage social media calendars, campaign planning, and timely posting to maximize reach and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and optimize strategies.
- Run paid ad campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google platforms to generate quality leads.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build a loyal travel community.
- Collaborate with the design, SEO, and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts.
- Stay updated with the latest travel trends, viral content strategies, and social media innovations.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a creative storytelling approach.
- Proficiency in Canva/Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation.
- Experience in running *social media ads and performance marketing campaigns*.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret insights and adjust strategies.
- Team player with leadership skills to manage campaigns and guide designers/editors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in social media management, preferably in travel, lifestyle, or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of growing brand presence and generating leads via digital platforms.
- Portfolio of successful campaigns/content will be a plus.
