Job Description
We are looking for a *Senior Sales Executive* to join our dynamic team at BreakBag Holidays Pvt. Ltd., one of India’s fastest-growing travel companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers. If you are passionate about travel, have excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and convert potential leads into successful sales across domestic and international travel packages.
- Manage client inquiries, provide customized travel solutions, and maintain long-term relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by promoting packages, group tours, luxury stays, and offbeat travel experiences.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing teams to design promotional offers and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and finalize sales deals with corporates, agents, and direct clients.
- Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and events to represent BreakBag Holidays and expand brand visibility.
- Maintain proper documentation of sales transactions, invoices, and client interactions.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations (domestic & international) and tourism industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to handle high-value clients with professionalism and empathy.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms.
- Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, regional languages) will be an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel & tourism industry.
- Existing client base or network in B2C / B2B travel sales is preferred.
