Eligibility

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computers or Technology
  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Technology preferred

 

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a top-tier B2C or consumer-tech company or consulting firm
  • Prior roles within product management, marketing or business strategy / consulting
  • Expertise in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CRM systems preferred

 

Skills:

  • Sharp written communication: able to deliver messages impactfully, succinctly and clearly in MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in analytical tools: Savvy with using advanced MS Excel functionality; experience with CRM systems and Google Analytics preferred
  • Strong project management: able to plan timelines and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

This role will report directly to the Founder and COO, focused on driving marketing strategies, enhancing guest experience, and streamlining cross-functional business operations. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can work with multiple stakeholders to reach strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, or consulting, with excellent analytical, communication and leadership skills.

  • Marketing strategy and multi-channel execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention. Oversee the execution of these strategies across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
  • Campaign management and improvement: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and special projects. Ensure projects are aligned with the company’s goals and delivered on time and within budget. Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and drive optimisation.
  • Guest experience enhancement: Lead initiatives to improve guest engagement and experience by collecting and analyzing guest feedback, identifying trends, and developing and executing targeted strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Marketing automation: Implement and manage marketing automation tools to optimize marketing campaigns and workflows.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including guests, partners, and vendors, to support business growth and enhance the company’s reputation. Act as a bridge between the COO, marketing, guest services, product and technology, ensuring alignment and effective communication across the organization.
  • Analytics and continuous improvement: Conduct research and analysis to understand guest behaviour, develop insights on acquisition and retention, and drive strategic decisions.
  • Process optimization: Analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Presentation and reporting: Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for the C-Suite.
