Job Description

BreakBag Holidays Pvt. Ltd., a fast-growing and innovative travel company, is looking for an enthusiastic *Junior Sales Executive* to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career professionals who are passionate about travel, eager to learn, and motivated to build a strong career in the tourism industry. The selected candidate will support the senior sales team, interact with clients, and help achieve sales goals by promoting our domestic and international travel packages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the senior sales team in generating leads and closing travel package sales.
  • Handle client inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing relevant package information.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by offering personalized travel solutions.
  • Promote holiday packages including family tours, group trips, luxury escapes, and offbeat destinations.
  • Support marketing and operations teams by coordinating offers, client documentation, and bookings.
  • Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and reports.
  • Stay updated on travel destinations, trending packages, and competitor offerings.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, regional languages preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn sales techniques.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email handling).
  • Passion for travel and understanding of tourism products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales/customer service; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Prior exposure to the travel industry will be an added advantage.
